Journal Square

The Journal Square project will include 1800 residential units and will be one of New Jersey’s largest residential building. In order to eliminate the congestion caused by drop panels around the concrete columns Peikko’s Stud Rails were utilized. 
Industrial Urban, a well-established concrete contractor in New Jersey, chose Peikko because of their short lead time and complete engineering support. Having utilized Peikko’s Stud Rails on previous projects Mike Weseloh, Industrial Urban's Senior Estimator, was confident that the rails would be delivered on-time for this large scale project.
