The Plaza at Waikiki assisted living project was the first
to utilize Deltabeam in Hawaii.
The building is located along the Ala Wai Canal at the
entrance of Waikiki at 1812 Kalakaua Ave will have 150 rooms and two levels of
parking.
The building broke ground in April 2014, under the direction
of Wattenbarger
Architects and developer MW Group, Ltd.
Peikko's contract was with the local precaster GPRM who chose to use Deltabeam to gain additional headroom in the units.
